Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or daily drop launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (if available at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to expand to additional regions in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
